1. How long do I have to return an item?

You can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.


2. What condition should the items be in?

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and labels still attached


3. How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us at support@elgz.fashion with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Product code or style number

  • Reason for return (size issue, incorrect item, defect, etc.)

  • Whether you prefer a refund (store credit) or exchange


4. How do I send the items back?

You can return items in 3 convenient ways:

  • Courier Pickup (Colombo & selected areas): We can arrange a pickup. A courier fee may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Courier Drop-off: Use services like Domex, Pronto, Aramex, Koombiyo, or any reliable courier to send items to our return address.

  • Registered Post: Send via your nearest post office with tracking for safety.


5. Will I get my delivery charge back?

  • Yes, if the item you received was faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

  • No, if you simply changed your mind or the product didn’t fit.


6. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued as store credits to your Eleganza account within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.


7. Can I return sale items?

No, sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.


8. How long will exchanges take?

Exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days, depending on stock availability.


9. What happens if my return doesn’t meet the conditions?

If items are not in resalable condition, they will be sent back to you.
