Returns / Refund / Exchange Policy
At Eleganza: The Fashion Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return, refund, or exchange your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in fully resalable condition.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and labels intact.
If products are not returned in resalable condition, Eleganza reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the purchaser’s account as store credits. In the case of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, we will also refund the original delivery charge.
Orders purchased using promo codes are returnable unless specifically excluded in the promo code’s terms and conditions.
Products Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Original Delivery Charges

We will refund the delivery charge only if the item delivered is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.

Delivery charges are not refundable for items returned simply because they are unwanted.
