Start a return or exchange

You can then return items through one of three methods: we can arrange a courier pickup in Colombo and selected areas, you can drop off your package with a trusted courier service like Domex, Pronto, Aramex, or Koombiyo, or you can send it through Registered Post at your nearest Post Office. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
