How to Return an Item

We’ve made the returns process simple and convenient for our customers across Sri Lanka. Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your product:


Step 1: Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Care team at support@elgz.fashion within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Product Code / Style Number

    • Reason for Return (e.g., size issue, defect, incorrect item)

    • Preferred Option: Refund (as store credit) or Exchange


Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.

  • Clearly write your Order Number, Name, and Contact Number on the outside of the package.


Step 3: Choose a Return Method

You may return your package using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Courier Pickup (Within Colombo & Selected Areas)

  • Upon request, we can arrange a pickup through our partnered local courier service.

  • The first reverse pickup per order is free for faulty/incorrect items. For other returns, a return courier fee may apply.

Option 2: Drop-off at a Local Courier Service

  • Customers outside Colombo may drop the package at any reliable courier service (e.g., Domex, Pronto, Aramex, Koombiyo).

  • Address the package to:

    [Insert Store Address Here – e.g., Colombo Office/Store Location]
    📞 [Insert Store Contact Number]

Option 3: Registered Post

  • Send your return via Registered Post through the nearest Post Office.

  • Keep the tracking number for reference until your refund/exchange is confirmed.


Step 4: Refund / Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be credited as store credits to your Eleganza account within 7 working days.

    • Exchanges will be shipped to you within 7–10 working days, depending on stock availability.


Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to the customer.

  • Delivery charges are refundable only if the item received was faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned unless defective.
