4. Vouchers & Discount Codes

• They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers may not be applied to shipping charges.

• Only one discount code can be applied per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and product availability. Standard local delivery is typically completed within 4–6 business days.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during working hours.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

• Refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Only one reverse pickup is provided per order; additional return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

7. International Orders

For international customers, Eleganza ships worldwide. However, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Eleganza is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
